AsherGate provides workflow software and AI-assisted tools for commodity companies. The platform helps users organize transaction information, manage Deal Rooms, prepare draft documents, track activity, and coordinate next steps.
AsherGate is not a public commodity marketplace, commodity exchange, broker-dealer, bank, trade finance provider, law firm, inspection company, customs broker, sanctions screening provider, or compliance advisor.
2. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for evaluating counterparties, products, destinations, payment methods, shipping terms, trade documents, licenses, permits, sanctions exposure, export-control requirements, customs obligations, banking requirements, and transaction risks before entering any deal.
Users must consult qualified legal, financial, banking, customs, sanctions, export-control, tax, insurance, inspection, logistics, and compliance professionals as appropriate.
3. AI-Assisted Features
AI outputs may include document drafts, summaries, missing information checks, next-step suggestions, and explanations of trade terms. AI outputs are informational only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific transaction.
AsherGate does not claim that AI verifies counterparties, confirms supplier legitimacy, validates banking instruments, approves transactions, or guarantees commercial outcomes.
4. Account and Company Data
Users must provide accurate account, company, and transaction information. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate access controls within their organization and for ensuring that uploaded documents may lawfully be shared through the platform.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not use AsherGate to misrepresent company identity, authority, product ownership, allocation, storage, financial capacity, or transaction status.
- Do not upload false, forged, misleading, infringing, unlawful, or malicious content.
- Do not use AsherGate to evade sanctions, export controls, customs rules, anti-money laundering requirements, anti-bribery laws, or other applicable legal obligations.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, storage restrictions, rate limits, or security controls.
6. No Transaction Guarantee
AsherGate does not guarantee that any opportunity will close, that any counterparty is legitimate, that any document is legally sufficient, that any payment method will be accepted, or that any shipment or transaction will be completed.
7. Changes and Support
We may update these Terms as the product, laws, or business requirements change. Continued use of AsherGate after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
